This website (svucyberresilience.com) is operated by SVU-CyberResilience, part of the SVU Group. We build and offer Kavach Pragya, a DPDPA Privacy Governance Platform, and related engineering assurance and cybersecurity services.

For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA"), SVU-CyberResilience is a Data Fiduciary in respect of the personal data described in this policy.

Contact form and demo-request data is typically retained for the duration of our business relationship or engagement discussion, and deleted thereafter unless a longer retention period is required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We will acknowledge your grievance within 72 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 working days, and in any case within the 90-day timeline required under DPDP Rule 14(3).
